Full refund on cancelled tickets

Indian Railways will give full refund on all cancelled tickets booked for any train journey between 21st Mar-14th Apr 20

Passengers who had received only partial refund need to fill the given form & send to the office to get the balance refund.

Where shall I get the address for sending the application ? Whether application can be sent online or through email ? In that case what is the email address ? more

can be done anytime till june without any problem. already notified by railways more  
What about refund for return journey? I was to leave from Vizag for Viyayawada on 14th April and return from Vijaywada on 15th. The outward journey ticket has been cancelled rightly by IRCTC. Now how to get full refund for the return journey? If I cannot go out, how do I come in!!! more
