Freedom from Slavery of India should be top on lis
Indians are slave, live a life of slavery, their minds are corrupted by western media.You do not respect your Vedas , but want to go to Harward for education.First Mughals ruled and slaved India, then Britisher, now Western Media. The slavery is deep down in minds and blood of Indians.The present political leaders followed same rule as Britishers. Your constitution was formed on British way by British law graduates. AS CORRUPTION is key element,todays rulers are using all corrupt means to keep Indian slaves. The Democracy is only for name sake. It is autocracy in India that rules.All laws are made to protect rich people and middle class and low income group are permanent slaves working as servants.The change will never come even 1000 Modi rules or Gandhi rules.Need structural changes in order to give freedom to Indians. more

The silence on severe anti national and anti constitutional incidents where Political parties and Trade Unions support even the revolted individuals on Vice Chancellor and even Police in University Premises do definitely prove the rights such of these Politicians and persons in the name of Students who are always under perpetual backing and supports . This also prove that only those with political backing can realize absolute rights even beyond the fundamental rights which have restrictive clauses . more

Fundamental rights exist only in books. Breach of Fundamental rights is done brazenly by ruling class and administration. Even when no case is pending , your fundamental rights are not fully restored nor you are compensated by Judicial system. Even SUPREME COURT OF INDIA failed all the times in restoring your fundamental rights completely. This is most shameful act of Judges of High Courts, Supreme Courts. For one case to restore your fundamental rights full courts will never restore, till you die. I am not proud of this judicial system. It is shame for India. more

1. The Political democracy set without Regulations of Candidature ; 2. The Fundamental Rights set without Restriction within the same Clause a to f ; [ This made a case to be filed under clause 1to 6 which costs much time and money & none can stop the incident ]; 3. The Uniform Civil Code left to Political Democracy where there is no Candidature , Commitment , Unity , and the Constitutional Enforcements ; 4. The Free Education up to age 14 also left to States though relaxed for 10 Breating years ; 5. The Free Eduction and Healthcare to Economically Backward specifically S.C. , S.T. also left to the Wealth of the States ; 6. Though Wealth Concentration was set not to be allowed , no specific limit either on Land or on Buildings was set ; 7. No Article was concluded to safeguard [ disallowing robbery ] National Income or Natural Wealth and Produces . 8. There was no provision on separation of Executive from Legislature though the issue of separation of Judiciary from Executive was incorporated . 9. No specified clauses on Culture and Heritage of the Country Barat and there were no specific Clauses to identify Anti National and Anti Social & National integration ; 10. ABOVE ALL , THE SELFISH POLITICAL INTEREST TO CARRY THE CASTEWISE BENEFITS CHALLENGING THE VERY DISCRIMINATION SET IN THE CONSTITUTION GROSSLY IGNORING THE POOR AND THE POOREST OF THE POOR THROUGH THE ILL - FULL CASTICISM. more
