fraud from BHIM App

I have an account in Union Bank Naya Ganj GZB. Every time I face the problem of debit credit sms so I post the complaint on UBI facebook ID on Thursday and reply came they will work on it. On SUnday, I got a physhing call from 7718298120 he said that he is from bank's customer care official and according my complaint on Facebook, I should install the UBI Bhim app on my mobile to check the balance easily. When I generate the PIn after 10 minutes I got a debit message of Rs25000 and again within 5 minutes Rs25000 from my account. When I tries to contact him on his number he attended and disconnected many times. When I reached to Thana Kotwali, SHO refused to take my complaint , according to him I should give the name of bank employee who is Complicit with fraudulent who has shared my details.
I contacted to customer care of Union Bank of India to freeze my card and account, he assured it will be freezed in 5 minutes. But Next day, when I visited to the bank branch I came to know that my account and card were not freezed. After that, I give the application to stop all activities of my card and account. This is the side effects of Digital India ? If any bank employee leak the data of any customer whom should take the liability and responsibility. Is it the customer fault? Bank Manager said on this matter that I must send my complaint on Union Banks Grievance cell and all officers. after 24 hours of the mail, I do not get any response. What should I do? Please guide me. more  

thanks a lot everbody, I get my money back within 28 days. Local SHO Mr. Jaikaran Singh Thana Kotwali, Ghanta Ghar Ghaziabad has refused to keep my complaint. According to him there is no any such page of bank on facebook, it was a fraud page. After that I was sent too many copies of my complaint to all Senior Police officials and bank officials, (my local bank branch manager has denied to take my complaint, according to her, I should give complaint on bank's website on prescribed online form) and also given to SSP GZB personaly. more  
OTP is your PERSONAL password and even if the MD of the bank calls you up, you should NOT give it to them. This is not to do with digital India but carelessness on our part. Also did you post your debit card number and bank account number on their public facebook page? This person might have created a UPI ID with your details and then changed the phone number to his own number and transferred money into dummy accounts. This is the reason why govt is trying to enforce AADHAAR linking so that people with such fraud accounts can be tracked. Now this fellow might have opened some fake dummy account using the ID/Address proof of someone else and then withdrawn all the money and won't be traceable at all. And it is such kind of thieves who are filing litigations against AADHAAR.
As for sarkari banks, the digital systems - UPI,OTPs,linking of bank account with BHIM and other accounts - these are all TERRIBLE. I have sarkari accounts as well as ICICI account and I use the ICICI acccount for all linkages, UPIs, subsidy linking, KYC linking and everything. more  
You should keep your proofs safe (smses, transaction details and bank statement) take a hard copy and keep them with you immediately. Next complain to UBI grievance cell here is the link with all your digital proofs. Also write to RBI Ombudsman They should be able to get these kind of scammers to justice. more  
This is very bad. It hearts when the hard earned is lost like this. more

You need to check your bank SoA and if both debits appearing, then raise formal complaint to : a. Cyber cell, GZB and Nodal officer UBI. Then, file complaint to nearest local SHO attaching copy of Cyber cell complaint.
Wath for positive action for a week, if nothing moves, lodge a complaint with Banking Ombudsman (BO-II), RBI attaching all documentary evidence. All banks including UBI, are under BO scheme, with BO as their watchdog.
