1. The working conditions and challenge with life in Military Forces are absolutely separate and any benefits ; scale of pay ; allowances ; pension ; subsidies etc., shall never be addressed to any other Government working sector and also not even those in defence manufacturing activities etc., 2. Government shall confine such issues under separate and distinct code as other-wise every thing will go like Subsidy Gas like application etc., at the context of the Constitutional articles and there will be no ending. 3. Pension and PF etc., shall be only on the individual salaries last drawn and not to be made Rank or Cadre wise which is absolutely incorrect and even something else. 4. The Actions by Military or police while on duty discharge shall not be linked with the status , cadre , Highest post or whatever it is which are only patronized due to and for the special address on political leaders. Even for this, we have also to memorize the imprisoned political leaders and even there have been the subjected disciplinary proceedings on Military Forces too where the issue is against the Constitutional authorities or , laws. 5. As already opined by all , the issue is now taken-up by the honourable Prime minister and only thing required is our ever alert positive participation keeping in view the above 4 issues SPECIALLY KEEPING IN VIEW, THE OPPOSITION THAT RULED AND CARRIED THIS PRIME ISSUE TILL SUCH LAST LEG PROTEST. TILL THIS INCIDENT , THIS IS ONLY THE FIELD NON OPPRESSIVE ; NON DEMANDING ; BUT, FOR WHAT ,HOW AND WHO DRAGGED THIS ISSUE SINCE 1973 AFTER ITS ABOLITION. THE REASONS FOR ABOLITION ARE NECESSARY TO BE CLARIFIED AND CONFIRMED BY OUR CENTRAL LAW COUNCIL ALSO. more
