Food adulteration is massive

Per my cousin in good business, Below are the most adulterated products in India.

1.) Oils.
2.) Ghee.
3.) Paneer and dairy.
4.) Spices.
5.) Vegetables (sprayed with pesticides, almost all farmers grow separate crops one they have to consume, one they have to sell, they don't wanna eat the veggies they grow!)

And he says, I'd never eat outside, because you get all of the above in one package. Eating outside means you're consuming food made in adulterated oils that is fried too many times. more

Food adultration is rampant in India. All fruits, especially mangos and seasonal fruits are ripped by calcium carbide. One has to consume by washing in potassium permanganate. All vegetables to be washed with potassium permanganate. Resoective authorities are disfunt, prompting vendors selling all chemically treated produces openly. more
The Food Regulators like others are non functional institutions but getting pensions (salary without work), time bound promotions and annual increments. There is no obligation to perform. more
