Following thing needed for positive response to "Make in India"
> Abolish/eradicate " Inspector Raj" and "License Raj"
There are lot of harassment and Corruption by "Inspector Raj" and "License Raj"
> Make inter state business easier. Abolish formalities of C-form.
> Abolish LBT and Octroi from all states.
> Implement GST as early as possible. "One India One Tax"
> Provide proper infrastructure to Industry.
> There should be competitive and uniform Electricity tariff rates all over India.
> Simplify Labor law
> Bring ban on Union leaders
> Digitize full Taxation system. Don't compel Industry to keep records paper account for 10 years!
Make law in Center and state Government that only two year (Running and past last year) paper records can be demanded by Government authority. Rest of every records should be maintained in digital format. Why to store all paper work by Industrialist, for past ten years??????????
> Make office work easier for Industrialist.
> Decrease time period for getting Trade Mark and patent registration.
> Ban import from China!
> Abolish corruption in Indian Custom Department for both Import and Export. Many Chinese import entering India without paying single paise of Import duty!
> Bring control over Havala transaction where black money is used to import Chinese material and dumped in Indian market! more

I agree with Kumar Subramaniam in totality.Besides I would suggest to our Government to abolish the currency note of Rs. 500 & Rs 1000 immediately to curb Bribe & Black Money. A Fear would certainly arise in the minds of bribe takers/givers as how to carry a big amount if these notes are banned. I know some will comment on this but certainly this would be a best beginning. The proposal was given by Yog guru Swami Ramdev to the previous regime but why the present regime is not taking a stock of it. At least start with not printing these notes any more and abolish Rs.1000 immediately and subsequently Rs500. The present Govt. has to think seriously about this. The proposal is not going to harm the common and the poor who contribute to over 75% of the population and might not have even seen these big currency notes. The remaining be given a time frame to deposit with the Nationalized Banks. Our FINANCE MINISTER, RBI CHIEF AND OTHER EXPERTS CAN FIND A FORMULA AS HOW TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT SUCH RECEIVED NOTES TO THE BENEFIT OF THE GOVT., DEPOSITER & THE COMMON MAN OF OUR COUNTRY. This is without prejudice and in common interest of Bharat Desh. Jai Hind. more
If one would make a list of government office desks at which bribe has to be paid for an SSI industry, even by following 100% correct procedures, one will wonder why India is still required to launch such schemes like Make in India. Things would have been very different and we would not have to worry about Chinese position. They will be worried about us! more
Corruption in Central Excise and Custom department even to get CT 1 forms and proof of exportetc is to be stopped by making it online. Also Form H from Commercial Tax Department should be included in the online forms list. more
