Flags being misused and disposed inappropriately

My worst fears have come true of the har ghar tiranga campaign. People are disposing national flags badly, some using it for kitchen cloth, some making lungis.

Can the Govt immediately pass a message to all DM collectors sarpanch that they ensure these pictures dont come from their district. more

This is because of the unawareness of the importance of the National Flag. These type of programs must not be done until the public educate. more  
Very sad to see these photos of misuse of our national flag. This is the problem o NOT instilling the patriotism at a very youn age. There should be a law that permits to catch these culprits and givethem CAPITAL punishment- preferably death by a firing squad with their eyes open and seeing the national flag proudly hoisted. One should learn to love and respect the nation and the national symbols as a part of their identity and the source of their protection. more  
The examples given by Aditi Gupta (Mumbai and Kanpur) of usage of flag-usage seem reasonable. If a country's flag is used to wear as clothing, it is patriotic. Of course, each of us have our respective opinion. more  
We have in our country some educated illiterates, for them Awareness is necessary in this regard. more  
Many people do not know how to dispose of flag. Those who got for free, will misuse or use for some purpose. You just can't run after every wrong doer. It was all anticipated. more
