Fake Products online and in markets

How are people selling dupes openly?

Sneaker dupes are now in every second retail shop in local markets.

Is there no regulation or just checking is weak?

Shop owners are making reels, booking orders, shipping them etc.

Same thing happening online

Brands and Government seems to be sleeping. more

Under the IP Rights duplicates, copies or spurious products are infringement and against the Law. We are ensuring and bringing awareness for protection of IP Rights Authorities have to take strict action. However complaint has to be filed for any action more  
If the concerned brands are not having issues ,who are we to debate on the issue more

Transparency is seeing the thing to buy by your own eyes and cost too so do some excercise too visit in person then buy or not simple - govt only bothered in its own vikas ? out of 100 incoming calls 95 are scam or spam - is this where technology was made to lead the common man to ? genuine are doubted and fakes they become idols ? more
