Feedback by BJP Communications Cell (BCC)

Like other members of this Local Circle, I have been sharing my views on various POSTS of my interest as "Comment" on certain POST or "Message" such as this one.

It does not encourage me to contribute effectively unless Team BCC share their response on our views and we reach to agreement or disagreement after some exchange of views thereby completing the usefulness of that POST.

Commenting or sharing in an ad hoc manner and without any time limit is not a good system to maintain devoted interest of the members and efficient utilization of time and energy of people. more

Mr. Shashidhar Bhat is right in his viewpoint on utilization and effectiveness of sharing by local circle members. I somewhat disagree to make it more efficient process and would like to make following points for consideration: 1. Like Big 100 day Poll that was time bound, all posts seeking inputs of members may be prescribed certain time limits. The white paper to be submitted, prepared after the time limit, may be posted for comments (again with time limit) before submission. Otherwise, what is being submitted as a collective opinion of local circle members will remain just BCC opinion as deletion of the inputs by local circle members is decided by them without getting their opinion challenged by the contributors. I have no issues with final document to be decided by Team BCC. 2. "Behaviour/performance of any system is governed by the underlying system-structure" said Prof. J.W Forrester who is the founder of System Dynamics, a mathematical computer based simulation tool for policy analysis. Let us improve the system-structure for seeking contribution of local circle members so that we utilize their time and energy efficiently and thus motivate them. more
I believe, for the volume of discussions happening in this circle, it is impossible to return responses to each thread or the subject matter. Instead, the concerned leaders are consolidating the posts to prepare whitepapers and then sending it to PMO. These white papers are also shared for public access in LocalCircles. Technically, this platform is a source of unstructured BIG DATA contributed by citizens where the circle owners would use analytic tools to extract meaningful information helping the Government to take better decisions. LocalCircles has a point system to encourage the individual contributions from the members. Parallel initiative is launched by GoI mygov.nic.in where citizen contributes appreciated and then rewarded appropriately. Please keep posting! more
I kind of agree with you. more
