Hinduism never accepts Buddhist branch. because they dont believe Vedas. But Vedas are back bones of Hinduism. If one's prayer is not answered, that doesn't mean every one's prayers are not answered by God.Total surrender to God is very important. Who gave this much immunity to India which is not a rich country like U.S and Muslim countries. It is because of the spiritual power of Every indian ,without cste creed etc. whether he is rich or poor , healthy or sick all believe in their Gods and believe in Karma not only in this birth but also in previous births. All believe in Atman and atman never dies. this is what Bhagavad gita Says.During Emperor Asokha period there was no face or statue for Buddha. Asoka wrote Buddhist Doctrones in rock edicts.It is called Mahayana Buddhism. Ony during Kanishka Period Buddha was given a statue. His face was made like Greek God Apollo.After that only statue worship came with many rituals. But when Buddhism became corrupt Adi Shankara was born to revive Advaita Philosophy of Hinduism. After that Sri Ramanuja was to revive Vishishtadvaita philosophy of Hinduism and Madhvacharya revived Dvaita philosophy. All three are based on Veda sentences. and all are true.Every thing is in vedas. thus Hinduism is a way of life and not religion. Social distance is named as human life discipline. But due to the invasion of foreigners, the people of India took both good and bad practices of them. Slowly for the past 60 years Congress ruled and changed the food habits of Indian , Pizza, noodles , all made of maida became the staple food for every community. Mydha cant be easily digested for Indian like wheat. with regard to south India , hot Idlis in each and every household for breakfast changed to bread , butter jam, which is hard to digest for small children.and so on. Definitely God is not only above public health.but He only gives life.Social Distance is part of life of Hinduism.Medical world need not teach that. Further toilet tissue is also one the cause for diseases if not used properly. But water is used by us instead of toilet tissue. Hinduism teaches that 3 things are important that shapes the life of individuals, families, villages, districts,, states and nation. They are right thinking, right speech and Right deeds. If you do this it is punyam. If you do opposite to this it is sin.For sins every one has to pay.God is great. unfortunately we are following pseudo secularism which means to condemn the practices of Hinduism only. Now Italy is reaping what it has sowed. Religion and faith are required for most individuals. But the activities of the state must follow the rules of science, engineering, business, and administration. Religion and faith has nothing to with these activities. When the public accepts this basic fact, everyone can easily delink the two. And this mindset will help nations progress without creating disharmony. more

My problem with PhD holders like you is that you have NO GUTS TO QUESTION GULF REGION MUSLIM SHEIKHS who have committed mass murders and genocide. Those helpless millions in Syria and Yemen were HUMAN BEINGS FIRST AND THEN MUSLIMS. Your religion MUST ALWAYS BE LAST IN THE "Q". it should have NO importance and no priority in any country. The only fault of SYRIANS and Yemenis was they were SHIAS and the Murdering SHEIKHS were Sunnis. Syrians and Yemenis DID NO HARM to Gulf Sheikdoms. Then why these Sheikhs should not be HANGED PUBLICALLY. So, Mr. PhD holder, be fair when you question something. You quoted a WRONG PERSON (DALAI LAMA - a Buddhist) when sympathising with Rohingya Muslims - just because you are a Muslim. This is your mindset. Improve sir, improve.
