There is no use of mud slinging on Congress as BJP is equally responsible for having been unable to run the Parliament. The only remedy for such cases is to stop their incentives & the amount per session they receive & if there is no functioning of Parliament due to one or the other reason they should be penalised. Then only they will stop blaming one another & will function efficiently. There is no use of wasting money on extended tenure as there will be wastage of plenty of Crores more. more
Extend parliament session to the extend the number days lost without any allowance to the MPs. more
Sri Roop Kishor Tomar , suspending or applying no work no pay will never redress this serious problem . There must be the enacted Rule specifically for the address of Bills in the Parliament and Legislatures all over India , for which which these houses were provided , implemented and dressed with payments . Both the President & Governors and , the Supreme Court & High Courts also shall have a provision for such a direction on addressing the Bills in the Legislatures with defined & concluded clauses confining the written and prompt subject discussion including the simply referring to the either Central Law Council or the joint committee whichever needed . This shall be in a way that there will not be any unnecessary discussions , arguments or the delaying tactics of other means . We have to seriously work out for this achievement at the interest of the People and the well being of the Country . more
Our Speaker and Deputy Chairman should use their powers to get the disrupting MPs throw out of the Houses as was happening earlier. They have lowered the dignity and image of our Parliament in the eyes of the world. Their character has gone down so much so that they are being hated by each and everyone. They have no interest in the upliftment of the poor people of the country and as such no interest in the development of the country. Regards and wish you all a Very Happy, Healthy and Peaceful New Year 2016. more
Sri Mohit Kumar , the legislators have been adopting this anti democratic , anti public profile , even against to the acutely needed Economic redress only because there has be no authority over them to direct the procedure to be adhered in case of the Bills for which the very provision of the Legislature Houses was set in the Constitution . Unless this issue is dealt with jointly by the Executive and the Judiciary , there will be no use of the same to the People under such vogue situations of public administration and rule . more
