i TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH "scrap __ personal income tax", EVEN A Beggar should put Re 1 for every 100 he begs; into Village/Mohalla level box provided. That is : at least 1% tax for all CITIZENS with easy collection mode. Increase GST & remove Income Tax. Govt is wasting everybody's time by asking them to file the returns. Let the govt accounts be used for other activities & than chasing honest tax paying citizens. The income tax does not count on number of dependents, if any member is suffering from heart or cancer, the enormous bills they need to pay from their salaries are not considered for income tax calculations. more

1. Income level for provisions under PDS be set at 1.5 lakhs 2. Income level for Taxing individual Tax shall be set at 2.5 lakhs rating from 5% to 20% on 15 lakhs [ Agricultural income on above 10 Acres per Owner cultivated be made taxable if not invested for Make in India ] 3. GST to continue with its formulated Returns increasing tax on Luxuries 5. Wealth Tax to be imposed at 2% for above 50 lakhs, 3% for above 150 lakhs 5% for above 2.5 Crores, and 10% on above 5 Crores . Highest [75%] share on GST to to set for States while Highest [75%] share of Wealth Tax shall be set for the Union . This method will solve all the economical control problems of States and, the Central Government. more

Goods and individual Taxes shall continue for implementation of Essential Provisions set in part IV that were guaranteed. Wealth Concentration shall not be allowed in excess of a Village Purchasing Capacity. Earned income shall secure the Family in all and for all WHILE THE ACCRUED WEALTH shall be set to subserve the common good as contemplated in Article 39 [ b and, c ] which have unending life like the Land Ceiling Acts set for definite Declaration of Holding/possessing in excess of the limits conferred . more
