Equipments missing with your municipality

Dear all:

We would like to seek your inputs on the key equipment that you generally find missing with the municipal workers or municipality in your area.

Based on your inputs, we would like to recommend a list to the municipalities so a part of the Swachh Bharat funds can be deployed towards them.

We look forward to your inputs!

It's the will power of Municipal workers that have to made strong, every body knows that Municipal workers are not the creatures, found working. They are always involved in chit chat, gossiping and making planning when to go on strike. So Before we solve this issue, it will be the wastage of resources or money minting venture for our politicians. more
buyers of the items at cheap rate, thieves should be made suppliers of the same, without any bindings more
We must also find out the number of vehicles lying idle or unused in each ward and evaluate the use of vehicles running. If the log book is analysed we can see how optimally each dept uses the vehicles more
Absence of Equipments is the secondary reason for us at civic workers. Basically were not motivated properly. We are not educated(understanding) enough to do our duties. When our main intention of job is earning lively hood and not concerned about the development of our nation hpw we will be able to contribute in Swachh Bharath. Mainly we are not convinced being civic workers our role, our importance in swach Bharth, individually how it effects. More the equipments more dead investment, more we become lazy if not taken proper action in motivation to get the things done. more
