Why Modi Govt has been a disappointment by Minhaz Merchant. CAs MADE HUGE MONEY DURING DEMONETISATION. NOW THEY ARE EARNING MONEY TO RESOLVE GST . IT IS SURPRISING A CA COMPLAINING OF BUSINESS. ONE SHOULD UPDATE WITH NEW LAWS AND DEVELOPMENT IF ONE WANTS TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS. WHY BLAME GST. IS ANY SOFTWARE PROGRAM OF ANY SERVICE EASY?IS GST REVERSIBLE NOW? RLY BOOKING IS A SMALL PROGRAM. All passengers should get pick-up from police-registered-hotel-arranged-transport. Otherwise, some tips are similar from this paragraph for ladies safety - [ CCTV camera with footage in the public transport with streaming into nearest control room or police station on GPS, and if panic button is pressed in the vehicle it could mark such picture display in red. Lady police on late night buses with live communication to the nearest police station on GPS. Random check where lady police officer will also report the susceptible conditions on the route, including pointing spots where immediate help may be desirable. Lady police officers to drop home lonely ladies or couples calling on helpline at regular cost of public transport fare through registered helpline vehicles or ring route shuttles in the city, where bus-stop to home connectivity could be achieved using police patrolling vehicles, having registered log-book of such night-rescued passengers. Any misuse of rescue transport thereof could be penalized too. ] Additionally, the pick-up and drop-off should be reported to police by drives and passengers using Trip-Ticket-Number. The Citizens adopt the minimum required adherence's. Which should be and MUST be the FIRST point. Secondly the System/Forum/Mechanism clearly defining and Implementation of the same including the Investigating Agencies, that is why the Local Police, Crime Branch(CB), LCB, LIB, CID, EOW, CBI, and so many other agencies apart from there OWN sub-branches. END RESULT - Conviction rate is just 14% and Crime increasing rates 34%. Today we got well defined law's touching almost every aspect of our life BUT to get the Justice - Procedural Hurdle along with money, efforts, time and such other things required which are beyond our control. As there is NO Immediate remedial measures - the Crime not only increases but the further procedure right from the Investigation till end getting Twisted, resulting very system getting jeopardize. more

Sir , I too had similar experience .Now a days 80% of drivers on hire are substance addicts includes Ghutka,tobacco,sniffing ,drug users .Unless a law is passed that all driving licence holders must pass a drug test it cannot be controlled . more
