English

We have been having English medium schools and students learning right from kindergarten , however most if them go for English coaching when they have to appear IELTS /OET or similar exams. We should have an Indian language . I think Sanskrit is the best choice . Hindi is not my language and I would love to see hindi as our official language , I know it is not going to happen. I think the only option is Sanskrit more

Ms.Uma , our Hon'ble P.M. while addressing the Nation always says that a great Nation of 1.3 Billion people . Our literac has come to 70 % now .This literacy is intheir mother tongue that too a certain level only Read & Write . If one language is made the only official language how will the others manage to survive ? No doubt the Majority will be benefitted at the cost of the Minority . Some Counries have 2 laguages and other 3 languages . Srilanka has 3 languages a they respect all sections of the people of the country, so the government documents will be in 3 languages , Sinhala, Tamil and English . India is a unique country with 22 Scheled Languages . But the official Language is Hindi and English comes as a Link Language . The attached table will explain why Hindi as Official Language and English as a Link Language is chosen . With 43 % Hindi is most widely spoken as first Language speakers and second Language speakers . English as second language speakers are 8,31,25,221, English as third language speakers are 4,59,93,066 . If you see the other languages spoken as 2nd & 3rd languages are far far lower than English speakers in the country . Dont you think our Parliamentarians and Makers of the constitutions have thought out this well . more
Students with third grade mental ability are holding deciding positions in all sectors while other fellow students with grade 1 ability are even not able to have a position more
This reminding me the MESSAGE OF Ex President Sri Pranabh Mukhergi on 15.8.'13 wherein Honourable President clearly Notified the Need of Reviewing Education starting from ELEMENTARY, SECONDARY TO UNIVERSITY LEVEL . He also Specifically Quoted BENARES UNIVERSITY ( which is Mother for Saanskrit and University Level Higher Education ) NALANDA UNIVERSITY ( which is another Renowned Indian University ) . NOW , WITH THE PRESENT REVIEW OF NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL POLICY INDIA ALSO SHALL HAVE A NATIONAL LANGUAGE OF ITS OWN as was Contemplated in our Constitution . IT IS TO A HIGH TIME SINCE THE STATES HAD SINCE THE TIME OF Smt Indira Gandhi , our Ex PM , disagreed for HINDI . ONLY SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CAN SETTLE THE ISSUE OF National Language if any interested move under Constructional Implementation of National Language . more
The most important aspects in education sector is to impart quality education. First education comes from home and then from selfless teachers. It is clearly evident from our own history that in ancient time students used to go in GURUKUL irrespective of their base and used to spent simple life while acquiring the education. Just realize the current scenario and try to realize the changes which are essential in current perspectives. Students with third grade mental ability are holding deciding positions in all sectors while other fellow students with grade 1 ability are even not able to have a position to respectfully survive. Please think and suggest that where changes are essential. more

Your thinking touches upon two specializations, namely , The Indian Fundamental Rights (IFR) and the United Nations' Directive Principles of State Policy (UNDPSP). My clarificatory views hereunder :-- IFR :--- The State includes the Central Government + Parliament and State Government +Legislature and all local/other authorities within the territory of India / under the control of Government of India . UNDPSP:--- These have been described as forerunners of the United Nations Organization(UNO)'s Convention on Right to Development as an inalienable human right to embody the concept of a welfare state . How to balance the IFR with UNDPSP (or) How to balance the UNDPSP with IFR ?? The UNDPSP and IFR are to be harmoniously construed . The Indian Supreme Court has decided that the UNDPSP have a positive aspect . When needed, even Indian constitutional provisions related to the IFR should be adjusted in favor of the UNDPSP. Also, Indian citizens cannot complain of violation of the UNDPSP by their respective Indian Governments to seek mandatory relief against such Indian Governments. more
