ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PARENT ACT, FIRST!!

The ABC Rules is an illegal order. The direction that stray dogs (captured for the purpose) be released back into public space after vaccination and/or sterilization is a direct violation of its own parent law, namely the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. No animal should be allowed to stray in public space and cause human misery. Under the Act (mentioned above) it is mandatory that stray animals be impounded by civic authorities.

Our first and foremost concern should be to enforce the Act.

Please go thru Supreme court order...it is crystel clear..Stray dogs have to be sent back to same place from where the dog was picked. Humans have encroached the dogs land... more

Absolutely agree … it is a menace for humans … and inhumane towards stray animals … for dogs and cats to be left in the streets and colonies more
