i agree with R Venkatesh Govind and such people used to make liasion with junior HUDA officials to carry on their unauthoised activities more

Kindly file the issue as Grievance to Hon. CM office, Write to the Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon Sh. T.L. Satyaprakash Ji as well as Joint Commissioner of your Zone. I have myself been fighting since two years to remove Encroachment upon Government Land. MCG Won the Case in Court. MCG and I (Complainant) now Waiting for Police Department to extend its help and Provide Police Force to the Municipal Corporation since two months. Have requested the Hon. PM and Hon. CM to bring Land Grabbing Prohibition Act and provide Special Police or Task Force, so that the Land Grabbing and encroachment is removed forever everywhere and our City / State / Country looks neat and clean as well as peaceful and safe. more

In my opinion, these problems will NEVER be solved by babus or MP/MLAs. The offender may even be "connected" to them. The only solution is organize a morcha with affected citizens (providing you have the time, inclination & patience). One morcha in front of the offenders site, one in front of the babu's office may focus attention. Risk is that you will get arrested, not the offender. Hence, the group is sufficiently large. Tough task indeed! more

The officer authorised to remove the encroachment is Deputy Commissioner. The application should be made to him. It may be desirable to meet him also. Vinay Shankar more
