Doctors fee

Many members have been discussing on the fee being charged by Doctors. Understand that Uttarakhand Govt. has approved fee to be increased by Medical Institution from Rs. 6 lakhs per annum to Rs. 23 lAkhs per year. The estimated fee to be charged by Medical colleges come to more than Rs. 1.00 crore for just MBBS. Do we still feel the fee to be charged by Doctors be reduced or rather do we expect consultation fee of Doctors would reduce or free medical treatments. more

forget doctors fee..do u think, a doctor comes out spending over a cr. rupees going to serve a govt. hospital or common people..no way..by doing this our leaders are creating a secure society for them self. they will make enough money for them self and their family to get treated overseas. govt is least interested in creating medical infrastructure but it will certainly give u medical insurance at govt cost, so that you could go to private hospital. so the ultimate beneficiary is the pvt hospital n the doctor who spend over a crore to become a doctor and his fees are very much justified. the worst sufferer are middle class who can't afford a medical education, not eligible for a govt medical insurance and have to sell out his assets to get a critical disease treated at pvt. hospital more
The Medical Institutions could also become source of Election funding else fee of Rs. 2 lakh per month seems to be a joke and the public want doctors to reduce consultation fee. Both expectation are on the contrary. MBBS costing alMost 1.25 crore plus another 1 crore for PG, how come we can expect cheaper and affordable medical facilities. more
THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEED OF COST CONTROL , RATE SEALING AT THE INTEREST OF general public who score 65% those cannot pay Fee, Medicine while Governments shall not be allowed to carry Subsidies since these are always set for misappropriation . more
