Disturbances found in A.P. Election Process - Solutions
ALL FURTHER ELECTIONS SHALL BE TAKEN CARE ; 1. The Name and Signature of persons inspected the EVMs after setting Candidate and Monogram shall be recorded in EC’s office to identify Accountability
2. Any Voter found different Monogram than that Switched , shall in writing his Name, ID, Sign in the Book mentioning the same and no comment of allegations after leaving the Polling Booth shall be recognized
3. Any Voter who do not find proof of his Contestant, shall report to Election Officer/Staff and record signing in the Book AND SHALL NOT LEAVE THE SPOT
THESE 3 ARE THE MUST SINCE the Staff working for Election Process are the same Govt Staff in service in that State Government. E.C. will be responsible all other issues of Election Process. There are reports that lack of Security/Police is one of the reason for Clashes near by Polling Booth ; Attack on Polling Booth and even damaging EVMs ; besides already existing Clashes between Parties rigorously trying to gain Majority . Injuries and even Killings too are found. more

AP TDP lead 21 Opposition Parties review Petition ordered by SC that SC stick to its earlier Order and further Ordered EC to count 5 instead of 3 VV Pads . 21 parties sharing Media opining that they honour SC Judgment But declared that they will go to People saying People are the ultimate in Democracy. What is astonishing is that not even a Single Party raised the issue of CONVICTS participating in Elections. Not a Single Party raised the issues of Booths capturings and Clashes at Poling Booths. None even raised the issues of of Injuries AND Deaths took place in April Elections. THESE Opposition Parties STILL WANT TO THROUGH AWAY THE ISSUE OF SAFE , FAIR , RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE ELECTIONS ON THE INNOCENT GENERAL PUBLIC PARTICULARLY THE SINCERELY AND DEMOCRATICALLY BOUND VOTERS. INTELLECTUALS AND RETIRED IAS , IPS, IRS , IFS , AND JUDGES NEED TO SHARE THEIR DEMOCRATIC ROLE IN SUPPORT OF GENUINE VOTERS TO SAVE DEMOCRACY AND CONSTITUTION OF INDIA . more

The announcement in the morning that all those who stand in the queue by 6 pm will get a chance has vitiated the atmosphere.They planned in such a way that they brought their people by 6 pm .Only announcements of this type should be made in the last minute like exam hall.premeditated actions can happen if announced before hand . Discussions on tv should not be allowed even in media Untill election is over on EC, EVMs, VVPAts and this is not healthy .over and above interested parties are bringing a element of doubton the Process accepted by GOI and EC. The wagging of tongues should not be allowed by law .Only after the last date of elections Post mortem of event by EC can be made public by discretion. There is a intentional vitiation of political atmosphere by certain politicians .It should be stopped by law in future. more

SC today seriously commented on the limited Authorities of E.Cs. Also questioned EC's silence on enforcing Election Code. Offences relating to Elections aught to be exercised by Election Commissions and CEC to have committed, accountable and Justified Rule in the Country. more
