Disfunct,Poor quality, water purifier service by Eureka Forbes

Eureka Forbes water purifier

Oflate the quality services of AQUAGUARD water purifier of Eureka Forbes is deteriorating. Their service boys are illequpped or not trained , thus, water purification
reduces day by day. I am a senior citizen and facing mental agony, as during pandemic availability
of purified water is deniyed, due to frequent breakdowns. Though, it is an MNC, since change of hands, the machine quality, services,its spare parts are beco.ing poorer and poorer.

Various members experience may be shared in this platform and other purifiers quality and service, as many consumers may be facing frequent breakdowns. More inputs may be shared, as the company not prompt in customer satisfaction. more

Latest development is with the installation of booster pump to boost water pressure facts as water fountain, which their technicians directed the water direct to the purifier . This indicates their purifier Dr. MAGANA water purifier is inferior in quality. more

In continuation of my post regarding dusfunct of Eureka Dr. MAGANA water purifier, I wish to update development and action by EUREKA FORBES. Company installed a booster pump free of cost,and Company claims, there shall not be frequent breakdowns. I strongly took up with the company,as it appears, Dr. MAGANA model already withdrawn from the market. Incase any members face disfunct of Eureka Eureka water purifier, check whether the purifier is mounted with booster pump. Please do share your issues in this group on any subject, circle members could suggest solution. more  
More or less the same story applies to the manufacturers of all electric and electronic gadgets. Rarely any of them has their own service center, which may also not be possible at thousands of centers. Instead, they engage some local service providers as their authorized service centers, who appoint people with little or limited technical knowledge of the gadgets as technicians and the problems begin there and the consumers face unending crisis and issues. As far as Aquaguard Water Purifier is concerned, we never had to face such problems. Rather our experience with the company had been quite satisfactory till now. more
