Coming back to the issue of DHBVN, yes I agree the Department does not respond to the consumer complaints and for such a situation we ourselves are responsible mainly because of sitting in silence and bribing the officials for undue favors. For that matter also we need to work hard to ensure that the Department does not resort to its own whims and fences. The second example is when I got penalised the DHBVN officials with monetary consideration, the official now respond promptly. I am prepared for an awareness talk with the group of consumers anywhere in Faridabad being my city of residence.
I am also willing to offer my assistance to deserving consumers facing issue with DHBVN provided it does not impose any expenditure onto me and the consumer opens up with full facts and figures in a transparent manner. more
