Dear Residents of Faridabad, Most of you must be using DF Skyway Toll Plaza at Sarai/ Badarpur and many of you must be using the Fastag also. I was interested in knowing as to whether you are facing issue with Toll Plaza or the Fastag so as to take issue appropriately. One of the issue I notice is long queue at the toll plaza and second issue is likely to be some unfair business practices of the Fastag service provider like IDFC Bank. Your views on the issue please. more

Dear Sir, Yes today on 24-7-17, I had a big problem at Faridabad toll plaza. I have paid monthly payment for my card which is from 1 St day of month to last day of month and they did not allow my car to pass and they were not able to give proper reply. They even charged money to pass the toll and I had to pay because 2 more cars were stuck behind me. I have the receipt with me. What shall I do ? more

No I am not facing any problem at toll plaza, I am using the card since the toll bridge started. more
