Demonitasion of 500 and 1000 Rupee notes have completely touched the life of all the citizens. Reasonably implementation of the system is peaceful and exhibits tolerance in all citizens. Only few known corrupt politicians are disturbed and making some dirty remarks in desperation and losing public face and sympathy of most citizens. Hope all honest people will deposit their money as fast as possible in their accounts without any hesitation. Government will collect good amount of money in banks / post offices. Believe me this is not truly black money as on now. Some amount of black money perforce created due to faulty SYSTEM of real state sale/purchase have been used up and in fact have helped the Nation in creating some paid work for people. Corrupt Politicians / Government whole machinery mostly barring few Government employees/ Businessmen/ DHARAM machinery/ Mafias / Corrupt Government Contractors/ Some Media people/ holding Money in Cash format will have troubles. They may not share this money with the Government and may pollute sacred Ganga waters.
But bulk of black money is spent in buying Real State / storing Gold- Diamond / Building gorgeous Homes/ Expensive Cars/ Marriages celebrations/ Stock markets / expensive gifts sharing is blocked in up unproductive assets. Most of this money will again be in circulation unless it is used by the PIOUS and PRODUCTIVE to create good supporting infrastructure to generate Productive jobs and Wealth Creation by Export and Domestic consumption in a sensible manner. Government Systems are not responsive besides Corruption and most part of Political Machinery and Systems are in deep sunk in Evils and needs total overhaul in performance. Few Maverick Leaders like our most PMs have failed to perform since the inception of Freedom. Morarji Desai as PM has also done demobilisation of cash money long back and frankly all the good works of the Governance have been repeated tried but failed due to continuous deterioration on all fronts in the Citizens and Governance besides use of Global innovations in shaping our growth story of the Nation. Our Growth and Structure are not sound enough to sustain the population of 125 Crores in sheer numbers and no Population Control is surely suicidal. We are chasing the fast developed/ developing global world and on the other side creating endless unsolvable problems and if not able to balance out the Boat of The Nation will sink in the Ocean of People bringing endless sufferings and miseries to them . Maverick Leaders may not be their to save the Motherland after Ruining it. Social awakening in Citizens is the prime need of the Motherland to create a Real Governance and Foundation structures. Thinkers like Bapu are required to start this Revolution in our Motherland while let it keep moving as best as possible.

Today is 9th day and still adequate in quantity currency is not available for withdrawal besides queue problems. My maid went to Canara Bank to withdraw 10000.00 Rs. She was only offered 10 Rs notes that too not in good condition. She flatly refused and came back desperate. I could only draw 4000.00 so far from PO. At 79 just imagine my plight. Perhaps Governance just reedo not have the right people to implement any major schemes. I am worried about GST more coming ahead. more

Today I visited the Syndicte Bank Vasundhra Branch to deposit Rs.5000/- to my daughters A/c. The A/c is in Syndicate Bank Vaishali branch.The bank cashier ask me the id proof of the A/c .holder which was not available that time. I ask him to mark on deposit slip the same word. THe step of demonetization to control illegal money to improve upon economy deserves all appreciation. I thank to PM and his team. At implementation level, due to miss handling of the situation for currency management by banks, Reserve Bank and Finance Ministry throat soaring is developing . ATM weakness could not be ascertained well before implementation - where were our bureaucracy/ Reserve Bank- sleeping. Now i hope that currency situation is improving, therefore, cash withdrawal limit/exchange limit should be a adequately increased so that a common man has not to be present in cue for at least a weak, then after, hope ATMs will start working. As common man our duty is to tolerate some difficulty for better future of the country. more

Agreed with what you have written Gupta ji. People should have little patience. Only handful of people are shouting and creating confusion in people's mind. It's a matter of ten days or so everything will be ok. Still I find people are stashing low denomination notes......thinking they may n get anything. more

I have very good exposure of the working of the Governance. All State Public sector units always run in losses and are shelter homes for rejected PCS/ IAS officers and big Dharamshalas for politicians favoured manpower and locals. They only drain public money. Very few exceptions are there. State machinery is mostly corrupt and inefficient. Whole country runs on cash money for long. All this digital concepts are only 3 decades old. Our landline/Mobile internet speeds are very low as compared to other countries and very costly. Our POst offices are just adopting digitisation now and Banks adoption of ATM are very recent. We are mired in adoption of FB/ Whatsaap/ Twitter/ more for enjoyment and pass time and not for very purposeful usage. Local Circle is one more addition covering a very large number of people and I very much doubt whether it yields the desired outcomes. Dreaming big is always OK and understand Realities and then Perform is very difficult. Most Leaders fail in this and start blaming others and lose Public Faith as Ordinary people don't understand these Realities.
