Deepavali Festival Planing in individual Society

Every Apartment has a own dependency and every person has own battle and priority, Can any Society people impose to any family to pay amount for Deepawali Festival planing if person don't want to go to Get-together? more  

Deepawali is a festival why dispute over something that brightens up the environment for a couple of days.
There are many things to fight for in a condo why not preserve your energy to fight for something that is nagging you rather than for something that lightens everyone’s mood and could even bring some people closer. more

Diwali is a community festival. But in the name of community celebration no one can force people to contribute a certain amount or even contribute. Focus should be on happiness of people celebrating and not the celebration as such. Celebration shouldn't bring happiness to some at the cost of happiness of few others. more
