Dear Rajendra Prasad Gupta ji,
I would like to point out one issue of high interest rate in home loan. In India it is very high like 10.25 or 10.5%. Home is a basic necessity for all. And due to high interest rate , many people come under extreme pressure. In advance country like Singapore where per capita income is very high..despite that interest rate of home loan is only 1.5% there. This interest rate is applicable on 1st home loan. This can be implemented in India too... I request you to please convey my this suggestion to Mr Modi. If it happens then many more people will get their dream home. more

And also please frame a policy with regard to fix responsibilities on private builders constructing houses illegally on landed property which does not belong to them and thereafter puts the honest buyer in trouble. Instead of following a policy of demolishing housing constructions(like that in campa cola society case etc.) it is important that the municipal corporation takes charge not to allow such construction to be initiated in the first place by the private construction companies and in case of default residents who are honest buyers of house property be not harassed. more
