Data Protection Bill

Local Circles - looks like the data protection bill is out and I am attaching it. and many of the privacy requirements raised by the circles are part of it. However, if you read page 37 of it, it gives the right to the Government to come and ask any business about their aggregate data. This is really not business friendly. What if tomorrow this information is used to manipulate elections. What will business and people do?? more
