Criteria for Eminent Persons to be on NJAC

We have seen how the ruling party of the day nominates the members in Rajya Sabha and similar kind of situation will happen in judiciary nominations also. Therefore the present procedure should remain unchanged. more

Correct please. 1. The Criteria for selection to NJAC shall be such high level knowledge, caliber, selflessness, brave and beyond, the bound patriotism WHICH ONLY AVAILABLE in Professors of law [ Education like Sri Dr. S. Radhakrishnan ] and , IN INDIAN MILITARY CHIEFS . 2. The 2 from out of Judicial members shall be such of high level candidature and binding towards Public & National interest. 3. The most important critical criteria is that the selected judges of Courts shall be such that they give top importance to the Constitutional objectives, concept and provisions at-least when a petition is represented to them seeking their interference on the unconstitutional Draft bills . The A. P. Re-organization Bill that was passed in February 2014 indeed is against the Constitution in one clause and ; against the Constitutional concept & convention in two clauses though declared by the Govt. authority & admitted/accepted by the Rajya Sabha legislators and Speaker only on which the Bill was taken to Vote . The legislature has not included these two declared clauses in the Bill nor adopted a Supplementary Bill only because there is no time in that session for its procedural practice WHICH INJUSTICE AND EVEN UNCONSTITUTIONAL . Therefore, the members of NJAC shall be such objective and dedicated in appointing the Judges to the Supreme Court and the High Courts to avoid the such above practices by the Political administrators . THEREFORE , THE ISSUE IS OF A HIGH AND ABSOLUTE IMPORTANCE WITH ITS UNIQUE VALUE AT THE INTEREST OF THE CONSTITUTION ALSO IN ADDITION TO THE NATION & CITIZEN. more
This will end up by nominating two corrupt politicians as 2 eminent persons. more
Ruling party nominations are politically oriented. Most of them nominated are party helpers or funders in some way. RK Sinha, owner of SIS Security, long time BJP funder nominated by BJP to Rajya Sabha is case in point. more
