Cracking Demonetisation related Frauds: Inputs
As identified by many of you in different circles, various kinds of old to new currency conversions are taking place. Brokers, agents of all kinds have emerged and many are taking hefty commissions from common citizens. Some petrol pumps are also helping convert black money. In some other cases, bank accounts are being misused used.
With this post, we would like to seek your inputs on how tax authorities and local district administration/police should be working together and crack these fraudulent transactions.

As per press release by CBDT DT 17-11-2016 QUOTING OF PAN IS MANDATORY FOROPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH A BANK OR COP BANK OTHER THAN JANDHAN ACCOUNT. BUT THE PROFESSIONAL BANKERS ARE FLOATING THIS.. COMPUTER SYSTEM CHECK SHOULD MADE ACTIVE IMMEDIATELY. The demonetization was a well thought plan to kill poor people and small traders and for converting black money of all the political parties and so many white coat wearing men. The country has been plundered with this Tughalaki decision. Only God can help now. more

Today , FIFTY lakhs worth 1000 notes brought from Chennai were Seized in Rajamundry A.P. This , from a different State , must be of a Team for encashing even for FERTILIZERS or any Dues through interest free lending . Every day , TWENTY lakhs to 54 lakhs are being Seized . Now after , it becomes the issue of Fertilizer Scam please . more
