Fake products are everywhere, and it is a thousand of crores rupees business. A fixed percentage of this ill-gotten money goes to every level of the local administrations, including the police. .... Safest way to handle is to go back to the basics. Eat home, make your food starting from scratch, and live a simple life. Instead of consuming soft drinks (those are literally poisons pills) drink home-made lemon water or coconut water. This is just a suggestion about leading a simple life. more
it is not very easy to identify fake products by citizens who may not be either knowing how to identify the same Ideally i feel the manufacturers need to have a cell in their respective organisation whose job will be to periodically look for these and then inform fssai and police for necessary action more
New law for detection and vigorous punishment needed. Local circle may like to take this issue to Central government more
The concerned department are in deep sleep. We don't see any action from FDA or any other department. more
There is need to abolish out dated laws which were enacted during British rule. more
