Customer standards practices and maintenance are to be seriously analysed for quality , branding scores on customer interactive , after sale , trustworthiness and transparencies in policies. Advertising too need analysis , Standardised practices as to verify the concepts and scripts . Confusing and selling is as equal as cheating. As advertising is getting a generic way to selling a regular measure on quality of advertising is to be set.

Many products are mainly market promotions. Neither it had the quality nor the fulfillment of the product performance. The celebrities earn their easy money and so the manufacturer.( Eg) detergents, paste, health drinks etc. There must be independent companies where one can take the product and check. The consumer forum should take this as a material record. The celebrities are also to be fined heavily. more
