Corruption is not at all reduced. There are still many shops of different types like cloth, jewellery, medicines etc. which, when asked for a proper cash memo, ask for additional charges for taxes. So it is clear that they are not paying taxes to government if one doesn't ask for a cash memo. It should be compulsory for every small purchase to prepare a cash memo. Mainly there must be non payment of taxes in kirana ( GROCERY) shops. more

A.C.B. is not enforcing their Duty / States are not at all interested to exercise their A.C.B. against or anti or arresting Corruption since they , both the A.C.B. Force , and the State Government perfectly know the issues of Restaurants , Hotels , Shops etc., . Every State do know that their Taxes on Sales and Services are getting shared at selfish interest while their Taxes and Duties are getting diverted due to lapses in the Inspector Raj of all Wings including inter State Check Posts . more
