I am a Radio Amateur, model maker, and specialist in low cost boats (Coracles) for use in flood areas. My good scientist friend from National Aerospace Labs has developed a rugged / unsinkable Bamboo core/FRP Coracle (10-15 seater) which can be produced for Rs.3500/- each. During normal times it can be used inverted and mounted on four poles as a sun/rain shade for roadside shacks, shops, booths - and in emergencies it can be upturned and used in floods/ disasters to ferry people across rivers. It could also be used as a huge basket to airlift, injured or marooned to safer areas or hospitals. Considering the flood problem faced by our country each year, all along the coasts, Tsunami, floods in riverine areas along north / Himalayan region and the NE States. It would be highly recommended that each disaster prone village, town areas have sufficient stocks of these coracles for life saving. Are there any one of our precious readers to come forward to manufacture on large scale on a governmental initiative. Exports to other countries could also be done earning valuable foreign exchange. we are making more noise over money indians have in swiss bank and going on negotiating the way how we got those money.but we hve to remember one thing that if we go o negotiating the source fom where black money is spreading not only in the country but around the world and we hve to close all that sources of black money, then we hve not to worried over the money idians hve in foreign banks JAI HIND ! more  

why dont we creat sliper sells who can give information regarding stealing of electricity , corruption in government office like wise without going to anty corruption department for fear of being indetify plus reward in return. more
