Corporator Rating
While rating of our Honourble PM is fine exercise, Swachha Bharat is more dependent on mayor, corporator, commissioners. We should be rating them instead for it to make meaningful impact and then create wide awarness of each corporators ranking atleast in the city.

Also Central Govt must tie funding to delivery otherwise as well know how deep corruption is in local bodies. PM cannot be held accountbale for corruption of a CM, the state govt and corporators there.
If Indians understand the structure of our Central, State, City structure better, may be they will appreciate PM more. more
