THANK YOU SHRI Kulasekhararao Gooty. Corporator Jupally Satyanarayana has set an example which every corporator every where must follow. This should be made compulsory for every corporator to set up at least one 'water harvesting project' in his constituency say, within 2 years of his becoming the corporator. IF HE FAILS TO DO SO, HE SHOULD CEASE TO BE A CORPORATOR. THIS MAY NEED SOME AMENDMENT IN THE CONCERNED LAW AND RULES. IF SO THIS OUGHT TO BE GIVEN URGENT THOUGHT BY THE CONCERNED GOVERNMENTS. more

Make Railway better, etc. Read the posts on these circles. give your views and comments and soon you shall become a part of the entire process.
