It is true, as Posted by Shri Govind Bindiganavale that we have to live with KOVID-19 for quite some time till a medical remedy against the virus is found. However even a slight slackness on part of a single individual can be disastrous for the society. Therefore, it is very essential that every one - without exception is required to fall in line and if and where necessary adequate force must be used to implement rules. There should be zero tolerance for any violation. In respect of movement of labor force acquired from different parts of the country they should have been looked after by the states who were benefited by the work force. However if they were to be allowed to go to their parent State proper co-ordination and arrangements of Rail/bus travel should have been made. Many States made undue haste putting the workers to great misery and avoidable hardship.
