Consumers can now come together as a class: LocalCircles Impact
We are pleased to share with you that the Government in the Consumer Protection Act 2019 notified on July 20, 2020 has included Class Action Suit provision. This provision will allow consumers to come together as a class and approach CCPA to claim damages for product defects, service deficiency or misleading ads. There are lacs of Grofers customers having Orange cash, balance and by 31st July Orange Cash worth Several crores of Customers will be arbitarily reduced to Zero.
Grofers should increase the validity date to 30 November 2020 and allow redemption on 90 % essential items as per pre Lock down period. more
