This new circle is being officially launched today by the Bureau of Indian Standards and it empowers consumers to share issues and ideas related to standards of Products and Services in India.

Via this circle, BIS intends to understand standards related gaps and enable consumers to participate in Standards Enhancement Development for products and services in India.

The main root cause of neglecting Consumer/Customer is the lapse of Job Orientation, Ethics and fulfillment of Oath of Promise while taking-up the Job. Many institutions/Businesses including the Finance Sector fully neglecting these FUNDAMENTAL MANDATES OF SERVICE. Strict punishment within 30 to 90 days at par with the volume of injustice opted by any individual and Institution SHALL BE THE MOTTO OF EVERY GOVERNING BODY. Then only there will be Justified performance in all these institutions and Business Houses. But, For this to achieve, Legislating Houses need to be away from Convicts/Social or Financial Criminal Conduct ; Policing shall be Centralized and independent with full authority in implementation of Constitutional Mandates and IPC ; Supreme Court shall be the independently Responsible Body for enforcement of Constitutional Mandates and , the IPC. OTHERWISE, THERE IS NO USE SINCE THE CONCEPT OF PEOPLE/ CITIZEN/ NATIONAL INTEREST ARE DECADES TOGETHER NEGLECTED IN PERFORMING THE RULE IN INDIA please . more

The guarantee /some say regarding the issue of purchase cannot be resolved as the web address (as given by web of the supplier ) when processed replies as web address not found. What should be done. Who will take the action. How the customer is safe guarded. more

I request the BIS to have a working feedback system. It will enable the people/ consumers to vent their grievances and share opinions. PROPER PUBLICITY OF THE PHONE NUMBERS, WHATAPP AND E MAIL IS MOST IMPORTANT. more

They don't want you to vent your feelings, troubles. You will never find contact details of any Govt.advts. of any ministry.even on their replied to citizen you will never find the contact numbers. So what does that inficate? Is this transparency. By chance you get the contact number , the person who attends your call , will ask your name n accordingly reply you like sab meeting me hai, aayenahi hair.

So please don't ask moon, you will be shown it in water.
