its right that medlife is only an app. they dont have medicines in stock.
medlife itself cancells your order. no transparancy at all.
so many people will attend your call ,but no one has solution .no information of order.my self got surprised when they said that we have no order from you while on app, they approved it.

Have realised its more of corporates own convinience only ? for app first increase own cost minimum maybe 64 gb smart phone - our cost ? best is buy face to face from medical shops they are giving good discounts too more

basically all such medicines online companies does not open their stocks to every people because their are some black marketing peoples in every city who are having so many sims with different addresses and names being registered in these companies. Mostly companies are giving upto 40% discounts on drugs ordering more than a range of amount. In open markets you will get only maximum 12%. Some reputed companies giving very little marging to the retailer on their medicines but in online companies, the medicines comes directly from the manufacturer, so the marging of stockists, wholeseller etc. have get reduced. The black marketers ordering about Rs. 10,000 a fix limit by the web companies for every person through per sim and they get approx. 40% on every purchase and than they supply it in open market. As a retailer earned the little margin of reputed companies medicines get more marging through black marketers. If he get 40% discount than he will be able to sell it to other by 15 - 20% marging, conclusion : retailer get extra benefit and black marketers get more and more orders. so the web companies also try to fulfill the orders which is about of Rs.10,000. on priority basis. more

I ordered for some medicines at medlife after getting SMS about 40%discount on diabetes medicines, but didnot find this discount.when called over phone they informed that it will be applied after placing order,which was not applied. Moreover rates were also changed after placing the order. This malpractice is used by medlife to procure more business,which is not fair. more
