Completion certificate
Anybody who has acquired completion certificate from HUDA, must be knowing its wait period inspite of payinh heavy bribe. When map is passed and after completion unauthorised construction takes place, this is only money miniting formality.In Rajsthan and UP I know there is no need, owner is responsible for violation of map passed.Even if u want to sell house u need NOC which again requires exchange of money to HUDA, though it's transaction between buyer and seller, HUDA is already indemnified by various undertakings one gives while buying plot. more

I am not ware of anybody in my sector who has not paid hefty amount for completion certificate, bigger the plot more money demanded, apart from penalty by DD to HUDA for minor/allowed violations.time taken 3-6 months. Completion certificate is just not required, owner should be told to build as per approved map.In any case people go for unauthised rooms floor immediately they get certificate in hand.It has nothing to do with stopping somebody from capturing your house. more
