Having good competition in any industry is important but in India many times competitors acquire each other or come together in cartels and then become the 300 pound gorillas of their industry.

Can we please discuss how this so called competition commission of india can become active and stop this from happening? more

Competition in Industry and Development was ib full swing in 70s and 80s. Diversity in 90s ruined these 2 Prime factors while FDI, Marketing of imported and boughtout taken over the Field. Industrial Promotion Councils, Export Promotion Councils as well as SFC , IDC etc also .were set aside. Corporate Sector over mastered and DETERIORATION of Quality, Qty Output and Competition started. MRTP role side tracked AND THE ISSUE OF COMPETITION IN INDUSTRIAL SECTOR BECAME QUESTIONABLE. This pathetic situation need to be curbed and is why NDA preferred Improving Production in India , Make in India, Collaborate with India , Startup and Stand-up in India, Ease of doing Business in India PROGRAMS besides boosting Skill Development and Technology based Higher Education. We shall have NDA 's another Term Rule to achieve these Economy and Development based Paths which are fast needed to face Employment and Earning issues that are long awaited SINCE AFTER 1995. more

This company PAYTM is violating competition law. paytm likely has a nexus with organizers and cricket associations in Delhi. For australia india match in ferozeshah kotla on march 13 one could not get a match ticket other than going through insider-paytm. This is monopoly and CCI intervention is needed. more

Then quality, Commitments in advertisements should be proven - In face we should not allow unchecked or unverified advertisements to be used perpetually. Industrialists Like Mallya are given money easily but they are not collected back leaves the competition most uneven. Common man struggle while rich man robs the nation. Bring equality before law implemented to one and all. Remove every type of discrimination in the industry. Make business is equal and laws are uniform. No rich man's loans are waved-off. There should scrutiny and there should not Monopoly by few. Big man uses his money power, Media uses its Media Power, Politicians use their Political clout, Mafias and goondas use their muscle power - Then only any Competition Council works. more
