Cleanliness in Public Markets - Inputs on Root Causes
I am repeating as before in many inputs. Like the traffic police is planning strict penalty, on similar grounds, at least start fining the defaulters. The news spreads like wild fire if we start doing so. In the train and on platforms I have personally counselled many people. They feel sorry.One thing has certainly made an impact, no one reacts negatively since the PM has called out for this purpose.

Form a Local Circle in your city " PROFESSIONALS FOR CITY" .to replace politicians by Professionals in Civic Boy. Form groups of 4 to 10 persons in each ward and select a good well educated person to be the representative of that ward in next civic election. When educated persons will sit in Civic Body...you get answer to your concern. Let there be candidates of people choice. People should be talking about them. Today we just put stamp on a person selected by political parties. My comments are for Civic Bodies only. more

Minimum penaltyin Taiwan for Smoking in prohibited area is Rs 4000/-. Minm penalty for no seat belt in car. Rs 15000/-.. Rs 50 or 100 penalty is not going to serve any purpose. more
