Yes, central directorate has decided to handover certain responsiblity to some active and senior citizens to look after the cleanliness work. They will be paid remuneration for tgeir duties. The irregularities done by the administration and municipal authorities will be overcome. The corruption also will be overcome. They will pinpoint where the care is not taken and will report to the appropriate authorities. Thus the cleanliness work will be expedite. more  

The idea of local circles is very innovative and useful to both public and the government. It is useful in three ways. 1. It works as a vent to the people to express their feelings. 2.It works like House of elders by giving opportunity to learned and elders to express opinion without taking active part in active politics. 3 It is a feed back system from ruled (public) to rulers. However its effectiveness is depending on the Number of filters applied before the feed back reaches the concerned. If the rulers are strong enough to see the feedback without filters it is a wonderful idea for any one. Transparency is the key. more  

This is India. We should not expect much from our administration and municipal authorities. What they are doing is not sufficient for the cleaning is far less than foreign countries. We are having manpower but with less morality and with lack of responsibilities. We feel lack of infrastructure and mechanical equipments in the matter. Corruption is involved everywhere. Now due to efforts of LCs and central directorate real actions are awaited. The involvement of interested citizens will be expedite in the matter. Mr Trump has no requirement of citizens in the matter. They are financially powerful and they are having lot infrastructure to perform this work efficiently. There is considerable progress in the matter in India. more  

Ms Julia appears to have raised a rather relevant query, which tends to finding some link between public opinion influencing presidential decisions in the USA. Her note is probably necessitated by Mr Trump's blatantly controversial decisions on several state policy matters after his elections to the chair of the President. Ms Julia strives to find some "democratic" suggestions to prevent "one-sided autocratic decisions" by the US President. Well, my dear, democracy actually means that the people of the country should/can decide on important matters which concern the country's welfare. The Local Circles are active on this field; their brainstorming results are fed-back to the government through which they feel the masses' pulse. This also help to influence governmental decisions for the welfare of the country's population. Problem-plebiscites can equally well be conducted in the United States of America.
