Cleanliness and maintenance of Indian Railways

Sir, Recently I traveled by Indian Railways for different destinations and by different trains. here is my first hand experience.
1. I started my journey from Nizamuddin Station in Delhi. It was a pleasant surprise to see a revamped and clean station. Even outsides of the station were clean and well maintained.
2. I travelled by 1st AC car of Mewar Express. the insides of the coach were clean as I have never seen before. But the maintenance of the coach was very poor. The toilets too need more attention to be clean. The newly installed stainless steel wall panels in the toilets were so dirty as if they are never cleaned. water from wash basin was flowing on the floor, which could be with little more effort.
3. Then I traveled from Udaipur to Jaipur in 2nd AC car of the khajuraho express. It was a very bad experience. little cockroaches were roaming freely on my berth making it impossible for me to sleep.
Apart from cleanliness issue of this train (19666) the running updates were not available on number 139. in the dark of night It was very difficult to make as to what station is approaching ( my suggestion is that there shall be announcements inside the train about the coming station).
4. I travelled from Jaipur to Sarai Rohilla, Delhi by executive class of the train no. 12985. It was a very nice experience. the coach and toilets were clean and well maintained.
Thus it appears that a lot has improved and more has to be improved. The Railway staff and the passengers appear to have become conscious about keeping the surroundings clean but sill, a lot has yet to be accomplished to make the journey comfortable more

I TRAVELLED BY PORBANDAR HOWRAH SUPER FAST EXP.TRAIN NO.12905 TO HOWRAH ON OCT.27TH,2016 AND RETURNED BY THE SAME TRAIN, NO.12906 ON NOV.12, 2016, THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ENTIRE TRAIN AND SPECIALLY COACHES S4 AND S9 WERE FULL OF LEAKING PIPES, RESULT WAS THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE TOILETS SOON AFTER THE TRAIN WAS BOARDED, MAKING IT VERY DIRTY, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WATER FOR PASSENGERS TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND BEING BIO-FITTED, IT REMAINS EVEN MORE UNCLEAN BECAUSE IT DOES NOT GET FLUSHED OUT. THE BIO-PLAN, IS MUCH WORSE THAN BEFORE, WE ARE INDIANS, WE KEEP THROWING BOTTLES INSIDE WITH OPPOSITE EFFECT. more
I travelled from Surat to Mumbai during Jan 2015.At Surat station touts prevented me from going to the ticket counter. They told that tickets are not available and that they can get from inside sources. They even promise you with confirmed ticket and seat even in un reserved coaches.I saw myself, these touts going directly inside the ticket counters from rear entrance and came back with tickets in no time. The q at the counter was swelling by the time. Special inspection team should act swiftly to curb this menase and bring about transparency in ticketing at Railway counters. more
About to know the station in which station the train is standing I also experienced it to Know the station name. 1. I suggest you that there will be an announsment about train arrivle and departure and the platform aloung with that, announce station name every time. 2. Another problum I experienced is which platform our train is arriving. For this I suggest you that, On every Piller there is a board writen station name, at the bottim you can write platform no. more
