Clean and Responsible Holi 2019: Your Ideas

Following are some of the Clean Holi Do's/Dont's developed and followed by members of our Clean India circle. Please review and do share additional inputs on what else can be done for a Clean and Responsible Holi 2019!

Clean Holi - Do's and Dont's

1) Don't let others put Pakka & Artificial Colors on you
2) Don't color public and community property
3) Play waterless holi if possible
4) Refrain from using/throwing water balloons
5) Refrain from spitting
6) Stay away from Bhaang and Alcohol.
7) Throw empty color bottles/packets only in dustbins
8) Clear up disposable cups/plates/Holi leftovers after any Holi events. more

I feel citizens must raise above the bar and mature enough to celebrate Holi otherwise known as "colourful festival". This can save their time, energy and natural resources i.e. water. Instead of playing with colours and water etc, they can celebrate in constructive way which will help the nation buidling. more
