Citizen Must Dos when using Railways

Below are the key things you had identified last year as a MUST DO for citizens when travelling by Indian Railways. Kindly review them and if you see something that must be added to this list or replaced, do share your inputs.

Things every citizen must follow when using Railways:

1. Carry a spare disposable bag for your trash and not litter anywhere
2. Follow the queue when buying tickets or boarding/de-boarding
3. Keep the toilets clean after using them, like at home
4. Never travel without a ticket
5. Not play loud music inside trains
6. Switch off all electrical items in trains that are not in use
7. Be considerate to senior citizens and people with special needs
8. Never smoke or drink alcohol on platforms or inside the train
9. Do not carry too much luggage with you on trains more
