Circle to find domestic staff
Can LocalCircles partner with 2-3 good maid/driver providing companies and along with members build a community that helps people find maids/drivers/nurses etc. How can that be made possible? more

Hello sheetal, what You way Is very good idea, but not feasible, as thèse agencies charge help lot of money but if your mais or driver run away they don't provide You replacement as promised and if by chance god forbid You get a Bad mais then also You are stuck with her or him and you'll have to tolerate all non sensé, been There and done That that's a first hand experience with the agencies, So i would prefer the Old way That we ask Our colony gaurds to get data of all the girls, ladies and guy's coming for a job hunting to check near colonies to and asking them to take down their no's and other détails like part timer, full timer or how they would prefer, So in That way we'll get Our data as well as thèse people Will get job too, and we Can get their vérification done by ourselves So That we know its genuine or not with all the required paperwork at police station for one simple reason, thèse agencies don't get police vérification done and lie all the time a friend of mine was duped of 5 lac cash from her house which she had kept for buying car, but when they went to police for the sale we got to know That agency lied and no body had their détails, So she was the one who suffered not agency as they take money before they get mais for You and There after they Start avoiding You too. Anyways This Is my opinion but i'm sure other people don't think like me and might have better point of view. take care and god bless. more
