Charity Begins at Home - Govt Offc Swachh Bharat

This is from my personal experiences in Delhi and Noida. 75% plus Central Govt building corridors I have visited seem to be stinking of toilet smell. State Govt offices are also similar.

If the Govt, cannot keep its own buildings clean, how will it clean the country. I want to hear what others have to say in this. 2.5 years have already past since Shri Modi came to power. If his ministries dont take swachh bharat seriously themselves and dont FORCE urban local bodies to start the clean up, how will this mission deliver.

I have lived in Europe, UK and visit USA often. Though most muncipalities like california etc are bankrupt, the toilets in their public offices do not stink.

Wake up call and I hope its taken in right spirit. more

Very right issue raised by Mr Ajay Dutta, PM if He have taken the task should deliver it. He can ask the Urban development Ministry to get it done in a phased and time bound manner. What ever the funds required can be funded through Swach Bharat Cess. Let's say they first take 4 metros then It should be done in 4 months time. Next they can implement the Same in BJP ruled States and expedite the results. more
Do you feel the spirit of swatch bharat is live. Few photographs taken and matter is closed. Few lectures and few pamphlets and matter is buried in the ocean more
You are right, sir. But Modiji can't reach eeach and every place. Citizens need to be vigilant. People should raise a voice and complain to the concerned authorities wherever they find filth garbage etc. more
I too agree that all departments offices of state and central govt must follow swatch bharat. after that the public will follow. mear collection of swatch bharat revenue may not be helpful. it may be used for other purpose also. more
Prime Ministers's Swachhata Abhiyan requires participation of each of us. more
