Change on the Ground
The circles have been giving such a great blueprint to Govt on various governance matters but the Govt has failed to drive ground level changes in States. It was good to see PM talk abt it 2 days back but he lacks a plan.
Here is what I mean:
Every truck that moves within Haryana has to pay bribes to police as a regular. These bribes have only increased in last year. Same thing in Maharashtra. Why has the PM failed to make a dent in something as basic as this in both BJP ruled states.
My first cousin has a hardware business and for him things have gone worse.
If PM wants to make big missions reality, he needs to get his own party CMs to clean up their states from petty corruption with an iron resolve.
And Maharashtra and Haryana got elected after PM taking over, yet zero results when it comes to Make doing business easy.
