Cars parked outside houses a real menace

Dear Sir,

Please note these days there is lot of cars being seen parked outside houses because of which whole of roads are getting blocked. In my area it has become a big problem. There is enough space lying vacant behind flats of Model Town staff quarters near road no 51 from Azadpur flyover till Mukundpur. We can construct some shopping malls over this vacant space which was earlier meant for shifting of Chandni Chowk & Sadar Bazar for de-congestion of old Delhi & can make underground parking for accommodating at least 10000 cars at a nominal fees of 200 to 500 Rs per car per month. This way we can clear our roads & govt can make money as well. Please take necessary measures for stopping this menace of parking adjacent to roads on footpath adjacent to walls of our houses.

Thanks with best regards.

I think government has to formulated another rules that for every car registration government has to allocate a space for parking in the nesrest location before imposed any fines . That is the appropriate soloution of the problem. In a developed city like GURGAON traffic congestion is quite common. more
No Municipal authority had been taking any Care ; No Urban Development Authority also had taken interest ; in many means of misuse and Free enjoyment at the cost of the general public who are in all the ways cornered . more
I had already suggested that Govt must take a VETY BOLD dtep to make a rule that every car owner should have his own parking place. Even companies providing csrs must ensure this. This help city development, remove density if population, traffic congestion, pollution etc and people will resort to pooled travelling. A corresponding reduction in fuel cost will give rich rewards. But just avreductiin in fuel cost will agrsvate today's problems in traffic. Govt must identify parking areas at regular intervals, of course paid. more
