Cannot call them Netas who commit crimes and still contest elections. These fall into the same category as other petty criminals and should be penalized as per prevailing law.
Only SC can help by issuing verdicts and guide the govt properly (PM and his council of Ministers)

Firstly, Students and Trade unions should be detached from political parties. Lot of entities are affected by this affiliation
Entities closing down due to labor issues and violence / disruption in day to day production activities.

All good politicians should unite irrespective of their individual parties and try to take the country forward from utter backwardness which clearly shows from the ongoing incidents in the country. more

Reforms in electoral laws is needed ,minimum education ,lack of convictions ,lack of economic misdoings ,people with no history of violence, crime are to be made eligible to contest. Multiple seats to contest ,premature resigning with political motive ,immoral resignations to serve a political agenda must be addressed and the people must be made to pay the expenses ,disenfranchised, made ineligible for specific periods . Removal of pensions to elected reps . Ban on holding posts of profit during their elected repsost for that period.Any how they are being paid salary and perks for the period. Ban on unions in educational institutions with caste, political ,group ,intellectual ,leftists affiliation. Ban on unions in Banks,Manufacturing units like defence, electricity, petroleum ,irrigation,Police ,paramilitary forces is the much needed step. Weed out the corruption from all central and state govt employees by a central vigilence apparatus with summary powers . All border states need Military governors with advisors and special powers to govern .No democratically elected govt can handle the present day choas in Border states. more
World economy is shrinking . Africa is finished. Latin America is on the same path . Last phase includes Asian countries except a few like Japan, S.Korea, Taiwan , Singapore and Malaysia . Now it is the high to think seriously to improve the economy of the country ,not the restaurant bills. more
